On Saturday, May 1st 2010, Sargent Joe Bergeron of the Maplewood Police Department was gunned down while investigating a botched carjacking.
Sgt. Bergeron was a husband, a father, a son, a brother, an uncle, and a hero to many.
On May 6th, 2010 he was honored, remembered and celebrated by many who knew him….. but even more that did not.

Well captured, Dan. This was a difficult event to photo-shoot, emotions were high. A sad day, but a very nice ceremony.
